What are the requirements needed to secure a health and care worker visa? You will need:
- A valid international passport.
- Criminal Record Certificate.
- Proof of English language (IELTS /ECCTIS EVALUATION)
- Proof of financial maintenance
- Certificate of Sponsorship (COS)
Your partner and children can apply to migrate to the UK with you as ‘dependents’ for the duration of your stay in the UK. You will be required to prove their eligibility with;

Tier 2 General visa is a work visa for individuals who are highly skilled to work and settle in the UK. To be eligible to apply for a Tier 2 General Visa you must have a job offer with a Certificate of Sponsorship issued by a licensed employer that holds a valid Tier 2 Sponsorship license.
Yes, if you are in the UK on a Tier 2 Visa, you can change to another employer, however, this is only allowed once your new employer has arranged for a new certificate of sponsorship. This will require the new sponsor to apply for a certificate to sponsor you and you will not be permitted to start work until a new visa has been issued.
